I’m Nadia, I’m from Barcelona. I’m a nurse and infant sleep consultant, and also mother to Nora and Víctor.

During the years I worked as a neonatal and obstetrics nurse, I was able to experience firsthand the intensity and transformation that motherhood entails. That experience made me understand that I wanted to be by the side of families, offering respectful, non-judgmental support that integrates sensitivity and evidence.

As a professional, I believe in the importance of being close, listening, and adapting to the reality of each family, always putting the needs of each child and family at the center. My consultations do not aim to “teach how to sleep,” but to accompany the natural sleep process, creating the right conditions so that the family’s rest becomes healthy and harmonious. I support each family with respect and closeness, recognizing your uniqueness and what makes you special, and helping you enjoy parenting with security, confidence, and serenity.
